Watch : The hands, dial, and watch movement are covered under the warranty for 2 years.
Jewellery: The warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects for 2 years.

2) If this does not address your problem, please contact us (https://support.fossilgroup.com/s/contactsupport?language=en_GB) to connect with our smartwatch experts. They will go through the problem with you and if the watch still needs come into us, they will provide further instructions.
3) Please note that for any item sent to us without this initial troubleshooting step completed and where no fault is found with the product, FOSSIL GROUP may apply a fee for the shipping and handling.
